ALPHA BOOK CLUB REVIEW

“‘I like it when you look at me like you were a minute ago.  It makes me feel good.  And when you said what you said, the beautiful thing?  Yeah, that really made me happy.  You intimidate me, like a lot. I feel comfortable with you, protect - but you scare me.  I’m afraid I’m going to do something and you’re going to just snap and say something like Okay, Em, that’s it.  Sorry, but you failed, and I don’t want that to happen.’”

5 stars!!  I love all of Scott’s books and this one was no exception!  I love a good MC book and I love a good romance and trust me this book had it!!!

Em was in a sexual slump and way over drunk men.  While at a club one night, she meets a man who decides that since she’s dressed the way she was he has the authority to grope her.  Having enough, she walks away, but drunk boy isn’t having it.  In walks Jackson, the sexy biker, who doesn’t take men hurting women lightly.  After he beats the living daylights out of him, he strikes up a conversation with Em and tells her that he’s not sure they could ever have a real relationship because he’s a DOM and he doesn’t take relationships lightly.  But Em is up for the challenge, she wants to learn, she wants this new man to stay in her life.  He agrees to take her on dates to test her out and see if she’s really a submissive and if she passes certain tests, then we will take their relationship to the next level.  She of course passes the test and they venture into their new relationship.  After weeks together, they fall in love and commit to each other.  He values his motorcycle club and he values her more than anything but when he’s arrested on a murder charge everything could change.  Jackson always promised that he’d never leave her and he never breaks a promise.  This book was so amazingly good!!  I read it in one sitting and I loved it, again I love anything Scott writes and this book was no different!!
