A little bit about Dani

I am Dani, an indie author, graphic designer, and software trainer living in the incredible city Cape Town, in South Africa. I have always loved books, reading and getting lost in cities, and worlds with characters that I get too attached to. I have been married for 7 years, to my best friend. We have two furry babies, who love to meow when they’re hungry and drive us insane. LOL! Working with the ladies at Alpha Book Club has been an incredible experience. I love my books filled with suspense, romance, lots of Alpha males and HEAs. I have too many favourites to mention, and tend to suffer from a book hangover (yes, the struggle is real), too often, but I wouldn’t change a thing.

Yes, it's dark, yes it's erotic, yes it's romantic. Not romantic in the conventional way, their relationship starts off on what I would call a rocky start. When I started Owned, I was sure that there was no way I would get the next two books. I was sure there would be no was I was going to love Kayne. The first few chapters of Owned really had me wondering if I was going to actually read on, but I did. Thankfully, I did!

There are times where you have to step out of your comfort zone, to discover something new. Maybe even something that you never knew you liked, or wanted. This is what I found in this trilogy. Something that was beautiful in its own way, something that not everyone would agree with or like.

M. Never has a way with words, weaving the characters into your heart and mind, and ultimately your soul, where they take hold and never let go. These books are not for the faint of heart, by any means, there is a Master/slave relationship which can get under your skin, but there is also something deeper.

Ellie is just an average girl, with a crush on a guy. All through the first book, you feel everything she does. The confusion, the pain and ultimately the pleasure. I spent one weekend with my Kindle glued to my hand. I couldn't stop myself from wanting to know what happens next.

From the first word all the way to the last, Kayne and Ellie had me hooked, there wasn't a moment that I thought of stepping away for a breather. I laughed, cried, needed ice (these sex scenes are scorching!), but ultimately I fell in love. Not just with Kayne, although, he is the ultimate Dom, but I fell in love with the story.

Besides the panty melting sex scenes, there are twists and turns in the plot that will keep you reading long past your bedtime. I didn't stop until I had read the end. I couldn't stop. That's what M. Never does to you, she has you completely hooked. And then wanting more.

Dirty Billionaire (Book One of the Dirty Billionaire Trilogy) by Meghan March

I've got a big dick and an even bigger bank account. That's pretty much where my bio ends. Honestly, I don't need to say anything else. I've just sold 99% of women on going home with me. 

Do I sound like an asshole to you?

Or at least it did.

Written in alternating POV will pull you in and not let you go until you’ve finished, where you will find yourself needing more. The storyline is intriguing, although there aren’t too many twists, you still find yourself wanting to read “just one more chapter”. The is a cliffhanger ending, so, if you don’t like those I suggest you holdout until all three books are released.

This is the first book in the series. Dirty Pleasures, which is the second book will be released December 29, 2015 and Dirty Together, the third, will be released January 12, 2016

This is a must read for all those who love a hot, dirty mouthed alpha male. This was the first book I have read by Meghan March, but it wont be my last. I dare you not to want a Creighton Karas for yourself. 

Fear Me (Broken Love Series) by B.B. Reid

This isn't another "I hate you because I secretly love you" story. Boy really does hate girl. And this isn't just a forbidden love story. This is obsession at its darkest. 

I don't believe in fairy tales and Prince Charming. 

I believe in fear. 

He taught me how to be afraid. 

We first met on a playground on a wonderful summer day. It was the first time he hurt me and it wouldn't be the last. For ten years, he's been my tormentor and I've been his forbidden. But then he went away, and yet I was still afraid.

To say that I wasn't sucked into this story from the first page would definitely be lying. Keiran Masters and Lake Monroe are incredibly intriguing characters and their story keeps you on the edge of your seat from the prologue. 

Keiran, has been tormenting Lake for 10 years, keeping her in fear and making sure her life and mind revolve around him. They seem to fuel each other, the hate he has for her and the fear she has for him. As much as she tries to stay away from him, and vice versa, they are magnetically drawn to each other. 

Without giving too much away, there are factors that make Lake realise that Keiran can't change, and ultimately won't change. The emotion in this story between the two of them will have you crying and most probably shouting at them to get their act together. 

Keiran goes to great lengths to show Lake that she doesn't affect him, only to discover there is so much more to this timid little girl he remembers. 

This is only book 1 of their story, and trust me, as soon as you read the last paragraph you will be reaching for book 2! It's an incredibly dark romance, but definitely one of my favorites.

When I finished Fear Me, I immediately got Fear You. The cliff hanger killed me, and I think if I had to wait for this second book I may have pulled my hair out. We’ve met Keiran and Lake, we know that their ‘relationship’ is intense, hot and so bad, but don’t all bad things feel good?

Hale, Hale, Hale!! All I can say is WOW!

I have always been a fan of Kendall Ryan, the way her characters seem to jump off the page, and with the Gentleman Mentor, she hasn’t disappointed.

He is strict, direct and oh so hot. Cameron Hale is not looking for anything remotely romantic. He is a mentor, only there to guide, to teach and to melt panties. (Yes, this is true!) When he takes on new client Brie, he has no idea that she’s going to mentor him in ways that he hasn’t felt before.

They’re both amazing characters, who pull you into their world. I finished this in one sitting. I laughed, cried and wished that Cameron Hale wasn’t just a fictional character. It’s a must read for anyone who loves a hot sexy Dom.

This is a stand alone novel, but there is a second book which focuses on Reece, Hale’s best friend.
