I thought the only thing I feared was living another day in the hell my life had become. But when I looked at his hulking, tattooed body, the icy brutality in his eyes, I realized I was wrong.
Familie. My clan.
I’d fight for it, kill for it, die for it. It’s all that matters to me. But her innocence, only barely hidden by thick layers of makeup, the curves that her tight dress can’t hide, calls to me.
So I’ve decided to keep her.
No matter how deadly the consequences.

Overall Stars: 5 STARS

Russian Mob

Alpha Male

Is it possible for two people whose attraction can be denied, remain friends or should they

simply 'go with the flow'

HER:

I thought the only thing I feared was living another day in the hell my life had become. But when

I looked at his hulking, tattooed body, the icy brutality in his eyes, I realized I was wrong.

HIM:

Family. My clan.

I’d fight for it, kill for it, die for it. It’s all that matters to me. But her innocence, only barely hidden

by thick layers of makeup, the curves that her tight dress can’t hide, calls to me.

So I’ve decided to keep her.

No matter how deadly the consequences. (Amazon blurb)

It’s dark. It’s poignant. And it’s thought provoking. What will you choose? Will you keep reading

or will you choose to put it aside, unable to handle a woman deathly afraid of her own shadow?

This is not the type of book for the faint of heart. You really must be ready for the dark side of

things where a woman is treated like trash, where she is traded simply because she is property

and the mob life is around every corner – and they’re aren’t the sugar and candy type of

mobsters, but the kill on the spot and then ask questions later type of mobsters. Seemingly the

first of a new series of Romanian Mob by Kaye Blue, Keep was an edge of your seat type of

novel that barely gave you a moment of peace or a breath of air since it kept coming after you

with one thing after another, one trial after another. Should your mind wander off, then you risk

missing a critical part of the story or even a small bit that could be crucial. 5 stars to such a

thought provoking, slap in the face dose of reality and a pinch of love story, I’m hooked for a

long while.
