This book was hot and steamy right from the beginning! I loved every second and would re-read this book again.
I do like MMA romance books and the fights!
We meet Kennedy and her roommate out for some fun on Kennedy’s birthday. While out we meet Grayson Legend MMA fighter. Super gorgeous and great fighter too.
He knows Kennedy and Kennedy knows him but her roommate Sarah does not know this part. They meet after 6 years and he takes them back to his penthouse.
Grayson reminds me of someone I used to know. He reminds me of them because Grayson tells Kennedy that he wasn’t good enough for her and she deserved better. The reason why I don’t like that and that it makes me think of someone else is because regardless if you think I deserve better, I loved you and you throw back in our faces and leave!
I hate that part, you tell them you love them and then leave and are a big jerk about!
Sarah is awesome in this book and looks out for Kennedy plus likes the twin security guards. Kennedy is fighting her emotions to like Grayson and go back to what they were and avoid it at the same time. I don’t blame her either. He chewed up her heart and spit it back at her.
Grayson is fighting his biggest match with Kennedy, he wants her and she is not letting him too much.
I recommend you get this book just for the banter between Sarah, Kennedy and Grayson plus you get awesome play by play in MMA fighting. If you love MMA romance then get this book!
